Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how DBElement, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our FlutterTime applications, including our iOS, macOS, watchOS, and Android apps (collectively, the "App"), and our website (the "Site"). This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. By using the App or the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the App or the Site.
Information We Collect
App
No Personal Data Collected on Our Servers: We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers. Any data you create in the App, such as your saved time zones, clocks, and preferences, is stored locally on your device.
Optional Cloud Syncing: The App may offer an optional feature that lets you sync your data across your own devices. Where available, syncing uses your own account with your device's cloud provider, such as iCloud on our iOS, macOS, and watchOS apps, or Google Drive on our Android app. If you enable syncing, your data is stored in your own cloud account, which is managed by Apple or Google and is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not access, view, or store this synced data on our servers.
Website
Aggregate Statistics: We may collect aggregate, anonymized statistics about how our Site is used and how it performs. This information does not identify individual visitors and does not include any personal information about you.
Contacting Us: Our contact page provides an email address. If you choose to email us, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message, which we use solely to respond to your inquiry.
Shared Links
Sharing Time Zones: The Service lets you share a selection of time zones, along with any labels you add, by creating a link. The information you choose to share is encoded within the link itself and is processed only to render a preview of it. We do not store the contents of shared links on our servers. Anyone who has a link can view the content it contains, so please be mindful of any personal information you include before sharing.
Aggregated Data from App Stores
We do not collect any usage data ourselves from the App. However, the app stores that distribute our App, such as Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), may provide us with aggregated metrics related to App usage (for example, crash reports or overall download statistics). This data does not contain any personally identifiable information, and we only use it to diagnose performance issues and improve the overall App experience.
How We Protect Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. When you enable cloud syncing, the privacy and security measures of your cloud provider apply to your data stored with that provider. For more details, please refer to your provider's privacy policy, such as Apple's Privacy Policy or Google's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
The App and the Site are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not collect personal information from anyone through the App or the Site, other than any email you choose to send us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Third-Party Links and Services
The App or the Site may contain links to external websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those third parties before providing any personal information to them.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will post any changes on the Site and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed.
Your Choices and Rights
Opt-Out of Cloud Syncing: Where cloud syncing is available, you may disable it in the App settings at any time. When syncing is disabled, your data remains stored locally on your device.
Access and Deletion: We do not store your data on our servers, so you remain in control of it. You can delete your in-app data by removing it within the App or by uninstalling the App. If you use cloud syncing, you can remove your synced data through your cloud provider's account settings, such as your Apple or Google account. If you have emailed us, you may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.
